Pastor Tim Payne is a passionate communicator who values
authenticity. As a teenager, he discovered a calling on his life to amplify the Good News of Jesus to the world.
In 2004, after serving as a Student Pastor for years, God placed a dream in Tim’s heart to start a relevant and accessible kind of church — a church that would attract those who don’t go to a
church by removing barriers that often repel them. This would
be a community of unity that focuses on intentionally connecting with the unchurched as well as leading followers of Jesus.
Tim holds a high value on spending quality time with God and
his family, being physically fit, and compassionately serving others.
Tim and Stephanie were married in 1999 and they have three kids:
Jaden, Rylie and Gavin. Originally from Tennessee, Tim is a Vols football fan and loves to play and watch all kinds of sports. You’ll see him
around town building relationships within the community on a daily
basis. Stephanie leads as the Executive Pastor, Prayer Team Leader, and
leads the LIFT Women’s movement while supporting Tim in his role as
Lead Pastor.
