Jonathon has been in full-time ministry for 15 years, where he has led others to take next steps in discovering their God-given potential. His ministry and leadership experiences span across the country and around the globe.

After leading Children’s Ministries at a multisite megachurch in South Carolina for seven years, Jonathon moved to Beijing, China to serve on staff as the Family Pastor at a multi-lingual international church. Returning to the U.S., Jonathon worked on staff as the Executive Pastor of a church in Texas, helping launch their first multisite location and missions program. He now lives in Southern California where he serves as a Campus Pastor for one of the largest and fastest-growing churches in America.

Serving on teams with a variety of cultures around the world has taught Jonathon that one size does not fit all when it comes to helping each person find the right seat on the right bus. His passions include leadership development, creative thinking, and staff coaching. He has a strong desire to help shape staff cultures through organization and understanding the priority of leading oneself to better lead others.

When he’s not working, Jonathon likes to travel the world, go to the beach, and hike and bike around Southern California. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, and two kids, Levi and Lexi.
