For over 25 years, Kent Booth has lived with one purpose: To bring people into the life-changing presence of a real God. You’ll see this expressed in his life through worship, leadership development, mentoring, evangelism, and kingdom connections.
Kent studied Business Administration at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas, and transferred to Rhema Bible Training College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During his time as a student and after graduation, he served as the youth pastor for Rhema Bible Church, taking a group of 19 teens to over 400 in regular weekly attendance over a five-year span.
Over the past three decades, Kent has also served as a worship pastor and executive pastor for various churches and ministries ranging in size from 200-4,000 in weekly attendance, and he has also helped plant two churches. His international ministry travels have led him to over 20 countries, where he helped people of various races and ethnicities experience God powerfully.
Kent is also a gifted communicator. His down-to-earth and humorous delivery of timeless truths have allowed him to speak to audiences around the world. Whether he’s speaking at a church, a conference, a student meeting, or a meeting for business owners, Kent is at home and relates to every group.
Kent and his wife, Laura-Lee, live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area along with their sons, their daughter-in-love, and two grandsons. When not leading worship, speaking, or spending time developing leaders, Kent loves being outdoors. He’s an avid fan of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks, and truly believes God’s favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys!
