Kim MillenKim has led in various church and marketplace settings. She taught Spanish in South Carolina public schools until she became the Human Resources Director for two of the top Chick-fil-A restaurants in the country. At Chick-fil-A, she worked to recruit, hire, and train everyone from top-level leadership teams to entry-level positions.

Kim and her husband, Jonathon, served on staff at an international multisite megachurch in Beijing, China where she worked to shape the staff culture and community as well as build volunteer teams for essential church functions. In Texas, she worked in children’s ministries to grow and lead both the volunteer team and the kids in the ministry. Currently, Kim serves alongside her husband to lead a campus at one of the largest megachurches in Southern California.

Kim’s passions include organization, teaching, leadership development, and understanding culture. She believes that individuals lead others best when they lead themselves well. Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, traveling the world with Jonathon, and family bike rides with her kids, Levi and Lexi.
