Ben grew up in the church as a Pastor’s kid and has been serving in ministry for as long as he can remember. From playing the drums on the worship team at just nine years old to growing in his faith in the Lord and having a deep love for the capital C Church.

He was a worship Pastor at Saddleback Church in California under Pastor Rick Warren and Life Church in Oklahoma City, under Pastor Craig Groeschel, leading teams, leading congregations, and growing in his He is currently a worship contractor and consultant, working with churches in Arizona, California, Las Vegas, and Ohio.

Ben has always had a heart for pastoring teams and building strong, healthy, thriving teams that can withstand any season. Throughout his years of ministry and various seasons he has walked through, his character and capacity have grown to a place where his calling is to now pour back into others and help them be all that God has created them to be. One of his greatest joys in life is seeing others step into everything God has called them to; using their gifts, their talents, and their calling, to continue to build the Kingdom, and God’s Church. He believes that healthy teams start with the foundation of building relationships, and that’s what he is all about!

Ben has been married to his college sweetheart, Danielle for 7 years, and they have 3 amazing children – Levi Michael, Eden Scarlett, and Juda Zion. They love traveling, playing sports and being active, and trying that next best new restaurant.
