THE FOOTHILLS CHURCH STORY

Foothills is a non-denominational church led by Pastor Kevin Robison.
Foothills began in 1998 as a small Bible study group with 17 people in the
founding pastor’s home with a mission to help people find and follow
Jesus. Their prayer was, “Lord send us the lost and hurting. Send us the
ones that no one else wants.” God has answered that prayer since then
with thousands of lives transformed by the power of Jesus and over 2,500
baptisms. Foothills is more than a building or a location, it’s a family where
everyone belongs.
The founding pastors, Pastor Greg, and Liz, have three grown children and
six grandchildren. They have had the privilege of serving Foothills Church
for 25 years. In April of 2023, Greg officially handed the baton of leadership
to Pastor Kevin Robison but still serves in an advisory role and as a part of
the teaching team.
Pastor Kevin and his wife Katie met in a small group at Foothills in 2011.
Today, they are happily married with two daughters, Hayley and Anna, and
one son, Caleb. Kevin has served in various roles at Foothills over the years
before becoming the lead pastor and also served at a church in his
hometown, Franklin, TN. They have made it their mission to help people
find and follow Jesus and are thrilled to continue that mission through
Foothills, in the upstate, and beyond!

JOB SUMMARY

The Worship Pastor will provide oversight for the worship experience across three campuses each weekend. This person will
work to create an authentic and engaging worship experience that helps people find and follow Jesus. The Worship Pastor will be
great at shepherding, leading, recruiting, and developing volunteer musicians and singers. This person will work under the Creative
Arts Pastor, but will also spend time with the other pastors to help craft the services and evaluate the experiences.
