Andrew is a 3rd Generation Pastor who has been serving the Church for over 20 years. He began in Student Ministry but transitioned to full-time Worship Ministry in 2004. He and his wife Christen met leading worship in college at Oklahoma State and have led together almost every weekend since. He has successfully helped churches start and grow new expressions of worship through on-site venues as well as new campuses.  He’s passionate about coaching and helping the Church connect the dots of strategy, execution, and personnel to fulfill the mission of God and unique expression each Church has to offer.
